Edward Chung, M.D. is from New York and the only one of the physicians who has not yet returned to his hometown roots, though he is quite happy where he is. He attended both undergraduate and medical school at Brown University, RI and then completed his Emergency Medicine residency with Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York. After arriving in Southern California, he worked a number of years in urgent care before coming to Playa Marina. In his spare time, Edward can be found on a track running laps or at the local shelter spending some quality time with the animals.
