Ron Lieberman, M.D. was born in the hills of Encino and attended the Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, harboring dreams of becoming a long-haired guitar icon in a rock n’ roll band. He instead became a long-haired emergency doctor, attending Chicago Medical School and completing his training at Jacobi Medical Center and Montefiore in the Bronx, New York. After escaping the mean streets and the occasional right hook, Ron returned to Southern Cal and began working as an attending physician at Good Samaritan Hospital, Valley Presbyterian Hospital and Glendale Adventist Hospital. Thus, he has the satisfaction of performing state-of-the-art medicine and patient care during the day, and rocking with his band into the wee hours of the night (except for school nights, of course).
